How do I find my chauffeur once I arrive?
Your uniformed chauffeur will be in a dark suit and red tie. He/she will be holding a sign with your name or your company name at the concourse, customs exit or baggage claim. How do I make reservations?
Reservations can be made 24 hours, 365 days a year on our website or by calling our offices at 877-539-5005 (option 4 for dispatching and option 5 for reservations) or 305-751-5005.

Yes, all Key Transportation vehicles have approved permitting throughout South Florida and carry A+ insurance with $5,000,000 of liability.

Where will driver meet & greet the passenger?

What is STC ? What does that cover ?
The STC (Standard Transportation Charge) is a service charge that includes: Regional licensing and municipal licensing fees – city and state.

Is this a shuttle company?
While Key Transportation does provide shuttle service to various places, our buses do not circulate around the airport unless a reservation has been made. Please call our reservation department at 305-751-5005 or 877-539-5005 for bookings.
When booking a charter, does the vehicle wait at stops or leave and come back?
Key Transportation charter service will hold the vehicle and driver with you on an hourly basis, at your disposal.

What is your policy on lost and found items?
At Key Transportation, we understand that items can sometimes be left behind in our vehicles. If you believe you’ve left something in one of our cars, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the item and details of your journey.
